Watermelon Strawberry Float

Description
A summertime ice cream float made with fresh watermelon, sweet strawberries and creamy vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Diced Fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Diced Seedless Watermelon
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Lime Juice (more To Taste), Divided
- ½ cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 cans (12 Oz. Size) Chilled Club Soda Or Seltzer Water, Use As Much As Desired
Preparation
In a bowl add strawberries, watermelon, balsamic vinegar and cayenne pepper. Mix well
Evenly divide watermelon mixture between 2 glasses. Add 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice and 1/4 cup ice cream to each glass.
Add club soda or seltzer water to fill the glass. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a straw and umbrella.
