Make this martini with the sweetest watermelon you can find. I used a Sugar Baby watermelon. Then kick back, relax and enjoy what’s left of summer!
Dip rims of martini glasses in a little water and then immediately dip into sugar. Set aside. Quickly mix ice, watermelon juice, vodka and fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Only shake two or three times or else it will become watery. You just want to mix and chill the drink. Pour into sugar-rimmed glasses. Garnish with watermelon slices.

I made these drinks this weekend when I had family visiting. I wish I would have used the sugar baby watermelon instead of a regular watermelon because it wasn’t very sweet. I added coconut rum to give it a little more flavor.
