Watermelon Martini

Description
The sweet, refreshing taste of watermelon combined with icy cold vodka for a great summer cocktail!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Watermelon Puree (see Below)
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- ½ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- ½ ounces, fluid Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint
Preparation
To make the watermelon puree, simple remove the rind and place chunks of seedless watermelon into a food processor or blender. There is enough water in the melon that no additional liquid will be needed. Pulse until completely liquid.
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and muddle the mint with a muddler or the back of wooden spoon. Fill with ice and shake well. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
