Description

Do you like Chai tea as much as I do? If you do, you have to try this powdered Vanilla Chai Tea Mix recipe. It’s easy to make and even more delicious to drink! Give as a gift to impress your friends too!

Ingredients

  • 2-½ cups Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
  • 1-¼ cup French Vanilla Flavored Non-dairy Creamer (powdered Variety)
  • 2-½ cups Powdered Sugar (icing Sugar)
  • 1-½ cup Unsweetened Instant Tea (unflavored)
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground/grated Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground White Or Black Pepper (optional)
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean Pod, Split In Half Lengthwise, With The Tiny Seeds Scraped Out (optional)

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Working in batches, use a blender or food processor to blend until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. I used a 7-cup food processor to make this recipe. Store in a tightly sealed container in the pantry.

To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Vanilla Chai Tea Mix into an 8 ounce mug of hot water. You can serve it cold as well, just allow it to cool and serve over ice.
