Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub Old Fashioned

Description
A tart take on the old fashioned with a splash of strawberry rhubarb shrub.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
- 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
- ½ ounces, fluid Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub
- Ice
- 2 ounces, fluid Bourbon
- 1 piece Orange Rind
- 1 Strawberry, To Serve
Preparation
In an old fashioned glass, add sugar and bitters. Stir with a bar spoon to start to dissolve then add the shrub.
Add ice to the glass and then the bourbon. Stir again until the glass is chilled.
Twist the orange rind and wipe the rim of the glass, then drop inside with the strawberry.
