Description

Hemp seeds are added to give this smoothie high protein containing all nine of the essential amino acids (like flax). It also has high amounts of fatty acids and fiber as well as vitamin E and trace minerals. Agave is added to make it a sweet treat. Give it a try to boost your health!

Ingredients

  • 12 whole Strawberries (Tops Cut Off And Discarded)
  • 1 whole Banana (Peeled And Cut For Blending)
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (I Used Navitas Naturals)
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Add the prepped strawberries and banana into your blender. Make sure to cut the fruit up to help your blender out! Add almond milk, hemp seeds and agave nectar. Lastly, add vanilla and put the lid on. Blend twice on medium setting. Pour into a glass for you and a friend, and say a toast to your health!
