Strawberry Basil Margarita

Description
This strawberry basil margarita is hands down one of the best drinks I’ve made in a while. It’s so good, I dare you to try it. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 7 leaves Fresh Basil, Divided
- ½ Lime, Juiced
- 4 ounces, fluid Silver Tequila
- 2 ounces, fluid Orange Liqueur
- Ice
- Sea Salt For Rimming
Preparation
Blend strawberries and agave nectar.(I used my bullet blender). Add strawberry puree to the cocktail shaker with 5 basil leaves. Muddle basil and strawberry puree.
Squeeze lime juice into a shaker. Measure and pour tequila and orange liqueur into the shaker. Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled.
Rim glass with leftover lime and sea salt. Fill glass with ice. Use strainer to pour cocktail over ice. Garnish each glass with lime and remaining basil leaf. Enjoy!
