Description

This will be the best strawberry-banana smoothie you’ve ever tasted!

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 whole Banana, Peeled
  • ½ cups Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ (optional)

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend to your desired consistence, pour into a glass and enjoy!

I made this as directed but with only 1 Tbsp of flax. The proportions were just right to make a smooth and yummy smoothie. Next time I may go a little lighter on the honey though, but that’s just a personal preference.
