thanks for posting this shake recipe. i saw it featured on food network’s “the best thing i ever ate”. chef symon had 3 shakes at one setting, if i recall correctly. i did make this shake, twice! the first time i used a blender and it was good, but the bits of marshmallow got lost in the blending process. The second time i put all the ingredients into a large glass and blended it together using a butter knife. i preferred the hand blending best, as the chunks of toasted marshmallow did not get blended into small bits. thanks again for the post, i probably would not have tried it otherwise. But since i have tried it, this ranks right up there with one of my favorite shakes.

Just made this with chocolate ice cream (because that’s what I had on hand). Totally yummy…I had to make another one!

This wasn’t what I expected, I guess I’m more of an ice cream junkie, but my 2 year old loved it! I wasn’t a fan of the yogurt, but he sure was.

I saw this on The Food Network “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and have been wanting to try it ever since.
Yummy!

It was good but I had trouble broiling the marshmallow in the oven. Turned out more of a melted glob. The marshmallow ended up getting lost in the shake. It tasted like a great vanilla shake with a marshmallow on top. Thanks for the recipe.

I tried this last night and it was quite yummy! I toasted my marshmallows in the toaster oven (on a piece of foil), flipped them over halfway through, and it worked great. I did skip the whipped cream and used 2% instead of whole milk, but it was definitely still rich enough! I really enjoyed the use of yogurt here and will probably do that in other milkshakes too!

Sounds delicious!
You could garnish it with a chocolate kiss and some graham cracker crumbs for a “s’more” shake.

I made the recipe that Spike from Good Stuff Eatery posted- his recipe calls for sour cream, which really gives it that ‘something something’ but his milk ratio is way to high. it is my favorite shake ever!
