A little tart, a little sweet, a little bubbly…
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar, For The Rim
- Lemon Zest For The Rim
- 1 Lemon Wedge, For The Rim
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- 2 ounces, fluid Pear Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Lemon Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- Ice, To Fill Your Cocktail Shaker
- 2 ounces, fluid Club Soda
Preparation
Combine the sugar with some fresh lemon zest in a shallow bowl. Run the edge of a cut lemon along the rim of the glass and then dip the edge in the lemon sugar. Place in the refrigerator to set while you mix the drink.
Add the vodka, pear juice, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, put the lid on and shake well. Strain it into the prepared cocktail glass and top with the club soda.
