Roll the lemon firmly under your hand on your cutting board, microwave it for 15 seconds, then juice it. Strain the lemon juice and grape juice through a mesh strainer, discard any seeds, pulp or grapes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds. Can be served hot or over ice, whichever you prefer. Store any unused juice in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
