Description

You won’t believe there isn’t any ice cream in this recipe! Super diet-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Peeled, Sliced And Frozen Ripe Bananas
  • ½ cups Cold Low-fat Whipped Topping
  • ¾ cups Milk (up To A 1 Cup)
  • 4 teaspoons Powdered Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream, For Garnish
  • Vanilla Wafers For Garnish

Preparation

1. Add frozen banana slices, whipped topping, milk, instant pudding and vanilla extract into a blender and blend until you reach a smooth milkshake consistency.
2. Pour milkshake mixture into glasses.
3. Top with whipped cream and vanilla wafers and enjoy.

Goodness this tasted like banana bread batter! Not that I’d ever eat the batter … of course I do! This was delicious! (We used sugar-free pudding and sugar-free Cool Whip.)
