In a blender add coconut milk, raspberries and banana. If using fresh raspberries (as opposed to frozen) add 3 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Evenly pour into two glasses.
Rinse out your blender and add orange juice and pineapple. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour on top of the raspberry mixture. Top with a straw and umbrella.
Note: If you find the smoothie not sweet enough, add a pinch of stevia.
