Description

A refreshing, healthy tropical smoothie made with orange juice, pineapple, raspberries, banana and coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1-¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, From Carton
  • ½ cups Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • ½ whole Banana, Peel Removed, Frozen
  • 3 whole Ice Cubes (if Not Using Frozen Raspberries)
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Pineapple, Frozen
  • 1 pinch Stevia (optional)

Preparation

In a blender add coconut milk, raspberries and banana. If using fresh raspberries (as opposed to frozen) add 3 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Evenly pour into two glasses.

Rinse out your blender and add orange juice and pineapple. Blend until smooth. Carefully pour on top of the raspberry mixture. Top with a straw and umbrella.

Note: If you find the smoothie not sweet enough, add a pinch of stevia.
