Red Wine Sangria

Description
Simple and fruity red wine sangria. Made with fresh fruit, red wine, brandy and pomegranate juice. Perfect Fall or Winter cocktail.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups Water
- 1 bottle (750 ML Size) Red Dry Table Wine
- ½ cups Brandy
- 1 cup Pomegranate Juice
- 1 whole Apple, Cored And Sliced
- 1 whole Orange, Washed And Sliced
- 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
Preparation
Add sugar and water into a small saucepan. Over medium high heat bring the mixture to a boil. Cook until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add red wine, brandy, pomegranate juice, apples, oranges, and strawberries into a large pitcher. Add the cooled simple syrup and stir. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for best results overnight.
