Raspberry Mojito

Description
A fresh, fruity and pink mojito to enjoy with your girlfriends!
Ingredients
- ½ whole Lime Lemon
- 10 leaves Fresh Mint
- 7 whole Raspberries, Plus 3 For Decoration
- 2 teaspoons White Sugar
- Ice Cubes
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-⅓ pinches White Rum
- 10 tablespoons, 7 pinches Wildberries Tonic Water (or Club Soda)
- 1 sprig Fresh Mint
Preparation
In a highball glass (the classical glass for mixed drinks), put the lime cut in slices, mint leaves, raspberries and sugar. Muddle well with a pestle. Then top the glass with ice cubes and add the white rum and the wildberries tonic water. Mix well with a stick and garnish with a sprig of mint and the remaining raspberries.
