Description
To beat the heat I love to make a great cocktail in the summer.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces, fluid Rainer Cherries, Halved And Pitted
- ¾ ounces, fluid Lime Juice
- 1-¼ ounce, fluid Simple Syrup
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Cherry Moonshine (We Like Midnight Moon And Ole Smoky)
- 2 ounces, fluid Sparkling Water
- Fresh Mint Sprigs, For Garnish
Preparation
Mix cherries, lime juice, syrup, and refrigerate 1 hour (up to overnight). Add the cherry moonshine to mixture and stir. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint.
