Description

I love a pumpkin latte. This creamer is great for making your own homemade latte or in your cup of morning coffee. Enjoy, my pumpkin loving friends!

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ cup Fat-free Half-and-half
  • ¼ cups Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
  • ¼ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into an airtight container in the refrigerator to store.

I usually use about 2 tablespoons per 6 ounce cup of coffee. You may add more or less depending on how much pumpkin flavor you like. Add your favorite sweetener and enjoy!

I HAVE to try this! Do you have other ideas for coffee creamer? I try so hard to resist the “plastic liquid” and go for half & half but miss the flavors. Love more natural foods.

I love the simplicity and versatility (regular coffee & fancy latte capabilities) of this creamer! I like the higher proportion of pumpkin-to-dairy compared to other recipes, too. I didn’t have half and half, so used a combo of skim milk and heavy whipping cream – there was just a little separation, nothing a little shaking couldn’t cure. And I used this recipe to make the pumpkin pie spice: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/pumpkin-pie-spice-ii/Detail.aspx
Thanks for the yummy recipe!
