Description

Great refreshing treat especially on a hot day. This is my version of that great treat you find when visiting the Magic Kingdom in Disney World.

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Pineapple Chunks, Fresh, Partially Frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cups Pineapple Juice

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You may need to add or decrease the amount of juice/ice cream to get a smooth consistency.

Garnish with a few pieces of pineapple (optional).

Sip and/or spoon your treat and enjoy.

Note: You could substitute fresh pineapple with frozen but I wouldn’t suggest you use canned.

You deserve a high five for this one! Hubby and I loved this! Going to try adding some orange juice next time to give it another layer of flavor…sooo good though! Creamy and frothy!
