Note: Peel and chop 2-3 peaches (depending on size) and puree in food processor to make 1 cup puree.
Combine puree, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a 2-quart pitcher. Dissolve powered sugar in the water and add to pitcher. Stir well.
Serve on the rocks well stirred (beware of some chunks from the peach puree) or put in the freezer for a bit for a frozen margarita.
