Freeze the coconut milk in a shallow dish. Once frozen, leave it on the counter to thaw a bit or microwave for about 30 seconds until it’s thawed just enough for your blender to handle.
In a blender add frozen coconut milk, milk, orange juice, orange extract and stevia. Crush/blend until incorporated about 2 minutes.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
