Description

This mint matcha smoothie is a delicious drink that’s great for breakfast or a dessert! The matcha gives you a boost of energy and the greens leave you feeling refreshed.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 10 leaves Mint
  • ¾ cups Almond Or Plant Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 whole Frozen Banana

Preparation

Add spinach and mint leaves to a blender and blend for a few seconds until leaves are chopped small. Stop blending and add almond milk, matcha powder, flax seed, and banana. Continue blending until smooth.

Once at the desired texture, stop blending, pour into a cup, and enjoy!
