Description

These smoothies are quick and easy to make. Serve next to your favorite breakfast treat or by themselves. They are full of potassium, protein, and fruit.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas (small-medium)
  • 1 can (13.5 Oz. Can) Coconut Milk, Light
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix together until thoroughly combined.

I serve them in ice cold glasses fresh from the freezer. You can even make this ahead and place in the freezer or fridge for a few minutes until ready to serve with a meal if you want.

Yum! This sounds so good, I will definitely be making this! Have you ever used frozen bananas to make smoothies? Just peel the bananas and stick them into a gallon size ziplock baggie and stick them in the freezer, and they’re ready to go whenever you need a smoothie. It’s great because it makes the smoothie nice and chilled.
