A sparkling non-alcoholic herbed limeade, so refreshing on a warm day!
Combine lime juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. This will take about 3-4 minutes.
Add 5-6 springs of thyme, and the peels from 2 limes, and cook another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and put the syrup into a container.
Chill the syrup in the fridge until completely cooled, at least one hour or preferably overnight.
Remove lime peels and thyme, and combine syrup with club soda. Pour into your serving glasses. Garnish glasses with additional fresh thyme.

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
