Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you’re using fruit with seeds, you can optionally strain through a mesh before pouring. These should be served immediately or put in the fridge if you want to prepare them about 1/2 hour ahead of time.
Notes:
I prefer using what I have on hand that is fresh (most of the time it happens to be blueberries and strawberries) so it’s your preference of fruit as long as it’s 1 cup.
Flavored honey can be substituted for regular clover or your preference of honey as a sweetener, but the flavored honey adds complexity of taste to the smoothie.
