Description
If you need something to cool you off on a hot day, then you have gotta try these! These daiquiris are famous in my boyfriend’s hometown. His mom makes these in 5 gallon batches and I can see why… They are so good! Plus, they keep really well in the freezer. So you can make a batch and have some whenever you feel like it!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Frozen Strawberries
- 6 ounces, fluid Frozen Limeade Concentrate
- ¾ cups Bacardi Rum
- ¾ cups Raspberry Lemonade
- 1-½ cup Ice
- Whipped Cream, For Garnish
Preparation
Blend the first 4 ingredients together in your blender. Then add the ice and blend until all the giant ice chunks are gone. For serving, you can top off your daiquiri with a dollop of whipped cream.

The raspberry lemonade is sold in the refrigerated section of the grocery store by the orange juice and yogurt!
