Description
Hot chocolate is a delicious drink that will warm any heart and tummy during the cool fall and winter months.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream Or Marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
Heat milk in small sauce pan. Add cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until dissolved. Serve hot.
Marshmallows or whipped cream are optional, but highly recommended.

Very good! I was looking for a good, hot cocoa mix to make myself and this fits the bill. The cinnamon adds a nice change from the usual cocoa taste. I did add a bit of half and half to this at the end and it was perfect.
