Homemade watermelon juice with a salty kick.
Place all the mentioned ingredients in a jug and using a hand blender, blend everything together until you reach a smooth and clear juice-like consistency.
Pour into tall glasses decorated with a watermelon cube and extra chat masala. Serve chilled.
* Since ours was a very sweet watermelon, I didn’t add any extra sugar. However if you feel the need, feel free to add sugar/sugar substitute.
We’re all familiar with adding rum to eggnog. Well, one of my favorite cocktails is a Black Russian so I changed it up a bit. I do keep Kahlua on hand but for those who may not, here’s an eggnog Black Russian that’s made using instant coffee granules. It’s an economical option to purchasing a whole bottle of Kahlua!

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
