What a great way to use up leftover morning coffee! I substituted vanilla Greek yogurt for the sugar to enhance the creaminess and still had plenty of sweetness. Yum! Thanks for sharing this easy, refreshing beverage for the 100 degree days we’re having right now!

Deliciously simple! I’ve made this twice – once with sugar and some Greek yogurt, and once with agave nectar in place of the sugar. Absolutely yummy – and a great, icy replacement for hot coffee that’s perfect for summer. (I use just a bit more coffee and a little less milk since my coffee isn’t brewed quite as strong as the recipe calls for) Great recipe!
