Description

Green Apple Spinach Smoothie is a delicious way to get your daily servings of greens! Just the right amount of sweet and chock full of nutrients, this succulent, refreshing smoothie is ready in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 2  Granny Smith Apples, Cored And Quartered
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1  Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds (optional)

Preparation

Combine water, apple slices, spinach leaves, pineapple, and banana in a blender and mix on medium speed until desired consistency is reached. Add chia seeds and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
