Description

Who’s already melting in this heat? This refreshing Fruity Hibiscus Mint Iced Tea will cool you down even on the hottest summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Water
  • 4 bags (Single Serving Size) Hibiscus Tea
  • 1  Orange, Sliced
  • 1  Lemon, Sliced
  • 1  Lime, Sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1 cup Mint Simple Syrup
  • FOR THE MINT SIMPLE SYRUP:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 bunch Mint

Preparation

Bring water to a boil. Place tea bags in a quart heatproof pitcher. Brew for 4 minutes in the boiling water.

To make mint simple syrup, heat ingredients over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved.

Add sliced fruit and simple syrup to the pitcher with the tea. Pour over ice or set in refrigerator to chill until ready to drink.
