Fresh Strawberry Mojitos

Description
Fresh and easy Strawberry Mojitos. The perfect drink.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Fresh Mint
- 2 Limes Quartered
- ¼ cups White Sugar
- 6 Fresh Strawberries, Hulled (or Any Other Fresh Fruit)
- 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-⅞ teaspoons, ¼ pinches Club Soda
- 1-½ cup Ice
- White Rum (as Much As You Want)
Preparation
Into a mortar and pestle, put your mint, lime quarters, sugar and strawberries. Mash them all together to release the juices, oils and flavours. Add a splash of the rum into the mortar and pestle and mix well so the leaves, sugar and strawberry pieces are no longer stuck to the mortar and are in the rum instead.
Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add club soda. Add ice and as much additional rum as desired and mix well. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
*If you want, you can wet the rim of your glass and dip it in sugar to make it look all pretty.
