Description

A yummy and delicious smoothie. Sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, you name it … It’s healthy!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Apples
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 3 whole Oranges
  • 2 whole Big Strawberries, Hulled
  • ¼ cups Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Preparation

Peel, core and chop the apples. Peel the banana, and oranges and place all of the fruit in your blender. Add the strawberries, blueberries, and honey. Put the lid on and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
