1. Place banana, mango, papaya and rice milk in the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add in coconut, dates and macadamia nuts and blend until just combined; you can blend more if you prefer a creamier consistency. I enjoyed the texture that the chopped ingredients added when not over-blended.
