Description
I clipped this out of some magazine years ago and finally got around to trying it. I snuck into the kitchen without the kids, which is hard to do in this house, and whipped these up as a surprise! They are delicious and I can guarantee you’ll have squeals of delight, and earn the title of “World’s Greatest Mama”!
Ingredients
- 3 Small Round Peppermint Candies Or Mini Candy Canes
- 4 Ice Cubes, Crushed
- 1-½ cup Frozen Yogurt Or Ice Cream, Vanilla, Chocolate, Or Coffee
- 2 cups Cold Milk
- ⅓ cups Chocolate Syrup
- Peppermint Sticks For Garnish
Preparation
Place the candies in a blender. Whirl until candies are pulverized fine. Add the crushed ice, frozen yogurt or ice cream, milk and chocolate syrup to the candies in the blender. Blend until mixture is thick and smooth. Pour into 4 chilled tall glasses and serve. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and peppermint chips if you wish.
