Chocolate Peppermint Creamer

Description
This is an awesome flavor to add to your coffee during the holiday season. It combines two of my favorite things: chocolate and peppermint. Make yourself a big cup of coffee, add this creamer and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fat-free Half-and-half
- ¼ cups Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Peppermint Flavoring
Preparation
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Put in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
You can use as much or as little as you like to flavor your coffee. I usually start with 2 tablespoons and adjust as needed. Add your favorite sweetener and you will have the perfect cup of coffee!
