Chocolate Peanut Butter Frappe

Description
A sweet, creamy, chocolaty, peanut butter blended coffee drink that tastes like a chocolate peanut butter cup.
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Coffee, Frozen (slightly Thawed)
- ½ cups Skim Milk
- ¼ cups Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
- 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons PB2 Powder
- 4 teaspoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Stevia Or 1 Tablespoon Sugar (to Taste)
- 1 pinch Xanthan Gum (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Whipped Cream, Fat Free
Preparation
In a blender add coffee, milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, PB2 powder, cocoa powder, stevia and xanthan gum. Blend until combined.
Top with whipped cream.
