Description

A delicious and easy 6 ingredient shake using a vegan protein powder and 3 kinds of fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1  Banana, Peeled And Frozen
  • ½ cups Blueberries, Frozen
  • ½ cups Strawberries, Frozen
  • 1-½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1-½ ounce, weight Vega One Chocolate Protein Powder

Preparation

Cut the frozen banana into pieces before adding to a blender. Add the other ingredients into the blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve!

Notes:
- If your drink it too thick, add in more dairy free milk.
- You can use fresh fruit, but you will need to add in some ice to thicken it if you do.
