Description
A great treat for yourself or as a gift! I love the flavor of this. It doesn’t have a funny “aftertaste” that some I’ve tried have!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 cup Powdered Non-dairy Creamer
- 1 cup French Vanilla Flavored Powdered Non-dairy Creamer
- 2-½ cups Sugar
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened Instant Tea
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, both creamers, sugar and instant tea. Stir in all spices. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time until the mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve, stir 2 heaping tablespoons (or to taste) into a mug of hot water. Enjoy!
If you live near a bulk food store and have a membership, it’s probably cheaper to buy the milk and creamers there, especially if you put it in little jars and give as gifts for the holidays!
This recipe can easily be doubled or halved.
