Description

Really moist, almost like cake. So delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1-½ cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ cups Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • ¼ cups Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Grated Zucchini
  • ⅔ cups Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, yogurt and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients separately and combine with the wet ingredients. Add zucchini.

Pour into a 9×13 baking dish (bottom greased) and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

While baking, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Spread on cake while warm. Enjoy!

These were very good. My husband had them and said he loved it. The only thing I did different was I used mayonnaise instead of yogurt because I didn’t have any when I thought I did. I recently tried a different zucchini brownie recipe but my husband said he liked this recipe my better so I’m sticking with this one.
