Dense yet wondefully crisp and flaky cookies made with white chocolate peanut butter and white chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients until combined. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough for large cookies or 1 average-sized tablespoon of dough for smaller cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned on top. Don’t worry if the cookies initially seem soft because they will begin to firm up after you take them out of the oven.
