Description

Big and beautiful and full of white chocolate goodness and crisp macadamia nuts.

Ingredients

  • 2-½ sticks Butter
  • 1-⅓ cup Sugar
  • ⅔ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2  Large Eggs
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2-½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, Lightly Chopped
  • 1 cup White Chocolate, Coarsely Chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar on medium speed until very fluffy and well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Then mix in the vanilla.

Stir in flour, baking soda and salt until just combined. Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate.

Using 1/3 cup for each monster, drop the dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheets, spacing them about 3 inches apart.

Bake one baking sheet at a time for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Move the baking sheet to a rack and let them sit until cookies are slightly firm then transfer cookies to the rack to cool. Repeat cooking the other sheet(s) of cookies one at a time.

¡Que aproveche!
