Description

A refreshing tart that’s easy to throw together—5 ingredients. Perfect for your next summer dinner party!

Ingredients

  • 1 package 15 Oz. Pie Crust, Refrigerated
  • 8 ounces, weight White Chocolate, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1-⅓ cup Lemon Curd
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla

Preparation

Fit crust into a lightly greased 9 1/2 inch tart pan. Prick the bottom and sides of the pie crust with a fork and freeze for 20 minutes.

Heat oven to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.

Melt white chocolate until smooth. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, then add melted chocolate. Add lemon curd and vanilla, then mix until blended.

Spoon into pie crust and smooth out top.

Chill up to 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and mint.

I made this for the 4th and put berries on top for a festive look. It was very good and very easy! Its a little on the rich side (not that I thought that was bad! ) and the berries helped cut that. There wasnt any left at the end of the day : )
