Description

An easy fudge with Velveeta!

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Butter
  • ½ pounds Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoons Vanilla
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cups Chopped Nuts (if Desired)

Preparation

Melt Velveeta and butter together on stove top in large dutch oven.

Remove from heat and using a hand mixer, add sugar, vanilla and cocoa(and nuts if desired).

Spread into 9×13 pan that has been sprayed lightly with PAM-type substance.

Allow to cool.

I have made this several years in a row from a Paula Deen recipe. It is always a huge hit.

I”ll be honest – I made this because I knew there was no way fudge could be good made with a big ole’ block of processed cheese. Man, was I wrong!

This is the creamiest fudge I’ve ever made. I brought it to work and had several people say the same thing. It was wonderful. And SO easy to make!

Thank you for sharing. This will definitely be a repeat recipe.
