Description

Delicious, decadent cookie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¼ cups Flax Meal
  • ¼ cups Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cups Chopped Walnut Or Other Nut (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Canola Oil Or Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk Substitute

Preparation

1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.

2. Mix flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, nuts and baking soda in one bowl and the rest of the ingredients in another.

Combine the two, mix well. Dough should be slightly dry.

3. Roll dough into small balls and then flatten. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!

Not bad. My 6 year old loved them, my husband refused to try them, and I thought they turned out pretty good. The balsamic gives them sort of a fruity taste.
