Description

Quick and easy light dessert made with strawberries, raspberries, mango, tofu, maple syrup and vanilla!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Soft Tofu (14-ounce Package)
  • 1-½ cup Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • ½ cups Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • ½ cups Mango Chunks (fresh Or Frozen)
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Drain water out of the tofu package and give the tofu a quick rinse. Place the tofu in a blender. Add the fruit into the blender. Use frozen fruit if you want a colder treat. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, put the lid on and blend until everything is well incorporated.

Serve the mousse in bowls or large cups. Enjoy the mousse on its own or with your favorite toppings.
