Description

‘Tis the season!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 18 Oz. Size) Golden Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 4 ounces, weight Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • ¾ cups Vanilla Spice Egg Nog
  • ¾ cups Oil
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • ½ teaspoons Nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix powder with pudding mix, egg nog and oil. Beat at low speed until combined. Add eggs and nutmeg and beat thoroughly.

Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter. Cool completely before serving.

You will not believe how moist and amazing this cake is!

Flavor was delicious. Baked up very fluffy. I was hoping for something more dense. Will make this recipe again as cupcakes instead of mini bundts.
