Description

Soft and chewy cookies of yum, with peanut butter delivered 3 different ways.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter Flavored Shortening
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 3-½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 ounces, weight Peanut Butter Chips
  • 10 ounces, weight Baking Reese's Pieces

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream the shortening, peanut butter, and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in milk and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt and whisk together. Gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Mix in the peanut butter chips and Reese’s pieces.

Roll into 1-inch balls or use a cookie scoop. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375ºF for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.

Remove to wire cooling racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
