I made this cheesecake for my daughter-in-law’s birthday because she loves chocolate and peanut butter together. I had to double the recipe because it needed to serve a lot of people and the recipe was only for 4 servings. (That’s easy to do on this site. You just change the number of servings to the number you need and click “Update”.)
This cake was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!! It was very easy to do, even though in the beginning, I thought it would be hard. Only thing to remember is to make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature when you start.
Great recipe! I will definitely make this again.

I served this last night to a group of friends, and they all thought it was amazing! At first, they all thought I bought it from a store because it was so perfect looking. They were totally impressed that I made it myself. It was my first attempt at a baked cheesecake, and I will definitely make it again.

I made this for my husbands birthday & he absolutely loved it! Said it was the best dessert he’s ever had! I made the 9′ larger version & it turned out beautifully! Thanks for the recipe!

I made this for Easter and it was very good! I made 1 1/2 times the recipe and used a 6 inch pan and it worked perfectly. Will probably make again!

This looks great! But I’m pretty sure I only have either and 8 or a 9 inch pan. Can I safely assume that I should just double the recipe?
