This is wonderful! My family and I loved it! There were no leftovers for the next day. I love the addition of the vanilla. I also added a little vanilla to the peach mixture as well! Yum!

I made this over the weekend and it’s very good. I went a little crazy on the peaches and used about three pounds. You can never have too many fresh peaches!! Thanks for the recipe

This is so yummy! My whole family loved it. The cobbler part is what makes this perfect. I didn’t have fresh peaches so I used canned and it worked out fine. This was gone in about 24 hours!

This recipe is fantastic– made it twice in the last week. Once with fresh peaches and once with canned. Really awesome both times!

This is a great recipe and very easy to make. I loved the added lemon zest with the vanilla. Adding this to my recipe collection…:)

I doubled this recipe and tweaked it a little to use the honey for our bees in place of some of the sugar. So I remember what I did: 1/2 cup honey in the peaches and cornstarch mixture. 3/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup honey in the batter. Also, 1 cup AP flour and 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour. I didn’t have a lemon to zest, so I just used a splash of lemon juice from the fridge. It’s baking now, so I’ll have to report back later!
